Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to be a shrewd woman. She is a great example of today's women who have it all. She's an author, actress health guru talk show host director, producer, dancer comedy model and, most importantly, mother and wife! It's no wonder that Perpetual Motion has become her moniker. Marilu Henner's life has been an example of the effectiveness of her approach to health. Her belief is that good health is the best medicine to be able to accomplish whatever you want to do. It wasn't always the in the past. At the age of 16, she was a yo-yo dieter and watching her weight go upwards. Her health was deteriorating and she felt unwell all the while. Following the deaths of both parents, in the age of 50 -- her father from a heartattack as well as her mother suffering from arthritis complications--she decided she needed to take control of her health. This was not about diets and exercise, but rather finding the best way to maximize the body's functions.
