Lesley Ann Brandt, born on December 2, 1981 is a model and an actor who has appeared in many TV shows as well as films. Brandt began her career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with her character Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Since then, she has appeared in many TV series, such as from Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt plays the role Mazikeen in the urban fantasy show Lucifer, which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in the city of Cape Town in South African. Her move to Auckland with her family when she was in her late teens. Her professional career began when she was a model in print and commercial advertisements. Before she became a renowned model, she worked as a retail salesperson, and as a recruitment consultant in the field of information technology. On the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity that she starred in, playing Leilani F'auigaese back in 2009, her first major role was landed. The year 2021 was the year that her first major role came in the role of Naevia the slave girl in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. The character of Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred alongside Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter in Netflix's popular series Lucifer. The role she played in Lucifer is the biggest one up to now. She co-stars on the show alongside Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
